New Customer Referral Program

Our mission is clear: “Treat every customer in such a way that when the interaction is over, the customer can’t wait to tell someone else how great the experience was.”

We’ve done that from the time we’ve opened our doors and our customers have responded by telling their Charlottesville friends, relatives and neighbors all about us. That’s how we’ve grown and continue to grow today. Saying “Thank You” just doesn’t seem like enough so we’ve created our New Customer Referral Program. It’s simple.

When you refer a new customer to us we’ll send you a check for:


$10 - If they have any service work done.
$20 - If they enroll in our ESA Preventative Maintenance Program.
 $50 - If they purchase a new system. 


Make sure that the new customer tells us that you sent them. You can also register the new customer online or complete the reverse side of our New Customer Gift Cards. As soon as their work is complete we'll drop your check in the mail. If you want to know more just give us a call or see the FAQs below.


Q: Who is eligible to be paid for a referral?

A: Anyone! You don’t even have to be a customer of ours. You just have to be responsible for introducing us to someone who becomes our customer.

Q: What is the definition of a “New Customer”?

A: A new customer is anyone we have not done work for before.

Q: How do I get paid?

A: We’ll send you a check. We’re also happy to give you a credit on your account to use later. It’s up to you, just let us know.

Q: Can I get more than one referral check?

A: Absolutely! If you send us 100 new customers, we’ll gladly send you 100 checks.

Q: Can I get more than one referral check from the same new customer?

A: No . . . and yes. No, in that once we do work for someone they become our customer, so we wouldn’t send a check for any work done after the first job. Yes, in that you can have multiple referral types for the same customer. If you refer someone for a service call and they enroll in our ESA Preventative Maintenance Program, and the service call results in our replacing their system you would get $10 + $20 + $50 = $80.

Q: Does this program apply to commercial customers, or just residential?

A: We will send a referral check for all new customers – both commercial and residential.
